We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery Times
Worldwide: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note that delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors outside our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including correct street number, apartment or unit number, and any relevant delivery instructions.
GroundingMat cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout. Re-delivery requests may incur additional shipping fees.
Shipping to Israel
Due to regional restrictions, orders shipped to Israel are typically delivered to a designated pickup point rather than directly to your home address. You will be notified when your package is ready for collection. Please arrange pickup promptly to avoid delays or returns.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. If we are unable to restock the item, it will be canceled from your order and you will not be charged.
